If Egypt were to annex Gaza and give everyone living there Egyptian citizenship, the outcome could well see an end to Palestinian suffering, however we all know that this would never happen, for we equally know that the division between Palestinians and Egypt is wider than the Atlantic Ocean. What maintains that great difference between the sides to this very day, is Power and Control they each have over those they administer, with little regard if any for Arab families fed up not only with the fighting, but also with promises of victory that never comes. Palestinians have in more ways than one accepted as fact that Israel is a ?Fait Accompli? and that nothing via threats and/or missiles launched from Hamas, Hezbollah and of course Iran and their rhetoric crap, will not only not change the status quo, but will further increase Palestinian suffering. Thus in contrast to those they?ve missed in the past, the time has come for Palestinians to stop missing the next opportunity of peace that comes their way.
