The cartoon also shows Rouhani being held back by the Ayatollahs and Iranian National Guard while burning a US flag, an even BIGGER anti-Islamist stereotype, yet no one seems to be getting their knicker in a knot about that! Since when is it anti-Semitic to point out the facts? Has Netanyahu not, on many occasions, expressed his disapproval over the negotiations? Has he actually ever encouraged diplomacy with Iran? Did he not (on Nov 9. 2013) go on a rampage spewing bile and rhetoric the moment a deal was in sight and mere minutes before Kerry landed in Israel to update him personally on the process? Have AIPAC not been lobbying the US Congress to ratchet up MORE sanctions against Iran, while they are in fact supposed to be honoring an official agreement to slowly ease certain sanctions? All of these are holding back progress and diplomacy with Iran as much as (if not more than) all the US flag burning and rhetoric from from the ultra-right-wingers in Tehran does. If anyone should be upset it should be Kohmeini, of all people, as given his support of Rouhani in this deal, he is the most mis-represented person in this cartoon. These are facts. If the truth hurts, try doing something about it rather than shooting the messenger and proving yet another "anti-Israeli" stereotype to be true regarding the western media and "censorship".
