Beer no, but wherever it's origins, New York (Brooklyn in particular) has the best pizza on the planet. Recipes are great, but between the Italian-New Yorkers and the New York water, nothing can compare. For those not in the know, water is very important in the making of pizza. Between the horrible tasting water in Israel, the lack of know-how, and the cheap cheese they use, there really is no real pizza anywhere in Israel. I would go to this new place if I could, but I can't read the article because I cannot afford to be a Premium member of Haaretz.
