The reaction of Israelis and most Jewry in Diaspora is resignation to the obvious reality of sharing the capital ancient city. This is how it's been in the past, diverse and shared. But we're in a new era of acceptance of differences and inclusion, not alienation which produces extremist thinking and intolerance. It's been an educational process which unfortunately has taken decades to come into grips for both sides.
