There is now no chance - NONE - that Abbas is going to be able to convince EU (now embroiled in bombing Libya, which could last for months w/o ground involvement) that Hamas has become a non-violent political organization, and should be removed from Terrorist Lists so Fatah can "reconcile" with it. Without Gaza-W. Bank reconciliation and unity, no sensible negotiations are possible and credible (or Abbas can't deliveron peace). Likewise, a unilateral PA state can't be declared with Gaza still armed and fighting, or it will be legitimately be held responsible for all of Hamas and Gaza warfare. Thedre is no way forward. How can even EU hypicrites not equate Ghaddafi firing GRADs into civilian areas of Benghazi with Hamas firing GRADs into Asdod or Rishon LeZion? They can't.
