    1. "Russian leadership viewed Lieberman as 'one of its own'". Surely sounds good, but this was the ISRAELI Foreign Ministry's assessment. Maybe true and maybe not. All we know is that Lieberman believes that./ 2. "WikiLeaks cables show U.S.-Israel fear of 'fundamentalist' Erdogan". This really tops haaretz misleading articles on the Leaks The ISRAELI ambassador to Turkey follows his boss Lieberman's opinion and "explains" Erdogan's attitude to Israel as (if) based on Islamist fundamentalism. The US ambassador reports ISRAEL's opinion to Washington, and for haaretz this is enough to believe that this view is shared by the US. Unbelievable amateurism./ Incidentally, when intelligence is assessed, one must verify that 2 different sources do not rely on a SINGLE person, because this would amount to a single source, which makes the news less reliable. (One of the failings that led to the Saddam WMD fiasco.)
