    ..... a declared state is NOT A STATE! It is just an idea, a paper, not a reality. There are people and houses behind it, but no electricity, no water, no army, no clear borders, NO INTERNAL PEACE, nothing tangible .... in other words, at best, only what it WILL BE .... and as such it is just one's idea as to what it may ACTUALLY be in the future .... but as many people, as many ideas .... WHICH MEANS THAT WHAT ABBAS GOES AFTER REPRESENTS PEACE BETWEEN TWO IDEAS - his idea as to what Palestine, and the peace will be and the idea of Netanyahu about the same ..... A SORRY FANTASY! From one end to the other. Therefore, this goes against A REAL PEACE !!! ...... As about Mr. Gul he wrote like the best friend Israel ever had! So, Messrs. Abbas and Netanyahu move rapidly with the negotiations, NOW !
