The "green line" is not a border, and was never intended to be an international border. It is an armistice line, nothing more. It is where soldiers happened to be when the truce was signed. The land on *both* sides of it is Israeli. It is not "Palestinian" just because Jordan invaded in 1948, stole and annexed the land, and then got their butts whipped in 1967, when they tried to steal the rest of Israel.
