    First you must understand that governments do not behave as indivicuals and they shouldn't. They think first of what decision will benefit their country and make nessary sacrafises if needed, and in this case it is Gilad. This is a fact of life and government policy should not revolve around one soldier (walling of Gaza). Even through I sympathise greatly with the family collective punnishment is no way forward.
