Halutz is a terrorist. He deserves life in jail. He was chief of staff of an army that slaughtered 1100 Lebanese last year. Of these 950 were civilians. He was the chief of staff of an army that deliberately engaged in a policy of collective punishment against an entire country causing millions to flee their homes. You cannot condemn Hezbollah without acknowledging also the absolute moral vacuum at the heart of the IDF. And why did Halutz lead the army in their campaign of terror - well because Hezbollah kidnapped 2 soldiers. Does he not realise that he has no cause for complaint their considering that Israel holds hundreds of Lebanese in jail without trial. Jail him now.
