since israel refuses to talk to hamas or even recognize its legitimacy, it's gonna be pretty damn hard to negotiate anything with them. oh and the only other two options are A) wait or B) go into gaza and try to find him, killing thousands more innocent palestinians in the process and probably a few israeli soldiers too. i feel for them and if this was my son i'd be doing the same thing but the sad truth is that there is really nothing that can be done at the moment unless israel starts treating hamas as, you know, an elected representative body rather than screaming OMG TERRORISTS!!!!!!!!
