You can put a brave face and say that Mr. levy, but that can only be true if the Arabs, and Egyptians in particular buy what Mr. Obama said at face value. The cannot be judged by statements but by deeds. What you say can only become true if it restores its credibility and convince Arabs that it can be an honest broker in the most important issue, the Palestinian-Israeli peace process. America has lost, or about to loose, its most important regime in the region, which paves the way for the collapse of the "moderate camp" on whom it relied to advance its policies. After Mubarak's removal, I doubt if any one would like to be called moderate. Mubarak, by his blind adherence to US policy, made a dirty word and the term is likely to be swept away with his regime. A new era is fast approaching and only that who manages to adapt to the life of this new era will succeed.
