    My only problem with your statement is that its a generalized one. I come from the Arab world and from an Islamic background and i can tell you thats not what the majority of Muslims want, in fact they find it to be a ridiculous idea to suggest. Ofcourse the extremists do think that, i dont deny it, but i promise you that even Hamas and Hezbollah do NOT want to take over all non-Muslim states. They want to deal strictly with their region. Al-Queda wants to do that and other stupid and dangerous military groups. The reason i found this to be important to mention is because there is a tendency from the west to be misled about some things and i can tell you, the majority of every day Muslims which DONT make the news, distance themselves from these ideologies and movements. believe it or not. But i do agree that Islam needs to have a debate within itself and needs to move beyond that ideology. I unfortunately feel that that can only happen effectively if it was initiated from within the Muslim world and not from the outside. Interesting article anyway
