Look at the certificate of Kashrut in dairy restaurants such as Holy Bagel in Jerusalem. On the certificate it is written Glatt division - or something to that effect. I get the impression the the people who issue such a certificate have no understanding of Kashrut. It might be that what they think is kosher is not kosher. Same thing concerning the Glatt Kosher Chicken advertised in the U. S, ( Aaron's) My impression is that the integrity of the restaurant owner is the only thing to consider when looking for a kosher place to eat, the certification services are a joke.
