Gilo is an illegal settlement built on Palestinian land. It will obviously have to go. Rechavia, on the other hand, is on Israel's side of the Green Line, so unless it decides to give it away, nobody will ask for it. You are just trying to monger some fear here. This time, though, try not to just replace occupation by a siege. It kind of defeats the purpose.
