    You dumb or something? There are roughly 50 "Jewish" looks, out of which only 1 or 2 were popularized by antisemites. After a few years in Israel you are well capable of picking them out and I can easily distinguish an Ethiopian Jew from an Ethiopian Copt. The only peeps who may be problematic are ironically Palestinians, Turks and Northafricans who also "look Jewish", most probably because they were 300-1200 years ago...Then again they kindly tend to adopt very Xstian or Muslim names.
