    Mr. Levy. You are on the scene and know much more about things than I, so I will only ask questions which you might care to answer. I am very concerned at the prisoners who in fact didn't do itl. Can you estimate how many of the prisoners are in that cartegory? Do you know the names of any who are in that caregory? As to conditions, in Israeli prisons, could you compare them to conditions in Arab prisons. In fact, which Arab countries (or other jurisdictions have as good, let alone better conditions. Certainly Shalit, who reportedly gets no contact with his family by visit or letters, and no contact with the Red Cross or Red Crescent. Surely, Israeli prisons should have a higher standard, bvt... Finally, when did Israeli good will gestures given freely without negotiations for reciprocations EVER yield positive results. I can think of wiithdrawl from Lebanon, and the withdrawl from Gaza as two examples. I'm sure you can list lots of cases when unilateral action worked. Tell me one Thank you for your time in answering
