If a rapist was sent to prison Gideon Levy would say it's wrong to incarcerate him. After all the woman shouldn't have made eyes, or shouldn't have dressed so povocatively. The poor guy had no choice but to rape her, after all it's in his nature to get excited by a woman. She should cover herself up, she shouldn't sway her hips when she walks, she shouldn't flash her eyes when she runs her fingers through her hair. It's clearly her fault. When the rapist gets out of prison, he goes out and rapes again of course. Gideon Levy holds that up as a "proof" that the rapist should never have been in jail in the first place, since they let him out and nothing has changed. In order to get aid Hamas had to recognize Israel, renounce violence, and honor previous interim agreements, and they refused. The Quartet should not be looking for a work-around to assist them. It's Hamas that should be looking for a way to face reality, and find a work-around.
