Likewise Yaacov, if it were only for the love of Zion, one has to ask why there are Jews in Europe and the US, including yourself. The fact is, that if the Jews had just left for Israel rather than fled, there would be no issue over repatriation of assets left by them. But there is, so your argument rings false. The fact remains that even though Israel has a peace treaty with Egypt and Jordan (4% of the entire Muslim world), Jews do not have the right to become citizens of either state, and it is a capital crime to sell them land. And, last I checked, peaceful relations with Israel, as part of the Saudi plan, did not include any sort of acceptance by the Arabs towards Jews living with them as neighbors. This is the issue of the day, not your aformentioned carping on the supposed peace treaties.
