Sounds like a threat to me...I guess that is how the Palestinian leadership defines negotiation...They may get recognition in the UN but that will only lead to a lost opportunity on their part as usual since they are a terrorist regime (IE- HAMAS, AL-QAUDA) and support those methods...How long will the UN ignore their attacks on Israel when they are granted some sort of recognition? In effect, they will lose all negotiation rights at that point since they act unilaterally like they did in 1948 when the Arab armies all attacked Israel!
