Refusal of one or both of these points - and so far that refusal has been categorical, persistent and consistent for many years - is indicative of the Muslim-Arabs real long term goal: the demise of Israel one stage at a time since the full scale wars imposed on Israel and aimed to wipe it off the face of earth have not been successful so far. It is Israel's government's right and obligation to demand the two points mentioned above and it must not make any additional move until and unless the Muslim-Arab leadership accept the two now.
