In an interview with the BBC, Emmanuel Nahshon also defends Israel's refusal to grant migrants asylum because it would bring in more asylum seekers.15:21 06.02.16 | 0 comments
The European media are biassed against Israel, so the average European reader and tv watcher is not well informed about the situation in the Middle East. The same goes for the German media and public. The main difference is that 'official Germany' strongly supports the existence of the State of Israel and actively combats anti-Semitism by neo-Nazis and Muslim extremists. But even though many Europeans criticize Israel, only a minority is against its existence (mainly extreme Leftwingers and Muslims). I must say that as a non-Jewish Dutchman frequently visiting before and now living in Germany, I NEVER heard any anti-Semitic comments by friends, colleagues or others. West Germans usually speak badly of the East Germans, Russian immigrants and other 'East Block' people.
