    No proof whatsoever that there was blatant targeting of civilian population. Indeed, the opposite is true. The evidence is that Israelies fired at Hamas operatives that were using the civilians as shields. And let me tell you something else about Wiesel. If he thought for a mini-second that there was any truth to Goldstone's and your accusations, his barbs would be aimed at the murderers. He doesn't believe it because there is zero evidence of it. In terms of firing into an area where there was a likelihood of civilians, a very different matter and one permitted by international law when an offensive force is attacking one's people, that is an entirely different matter. I should hope the Israelies did that. Israel has not obligation to sacrifice its civilians with a view to protecting Pal civilians. In any event, none of this will help you good old Gearoid. The Israelies will continue to defend themselves and will continue to shoot at terrorists shooting at Israelies, no matter what.
