For thousands of years there have been wars, and was not until WWII, that there any trials. It has gotten to the point were the majority of these 'qoute war crimes in this war on terror', are getting insane. It is obvious that the terrorist do not follow any rules period, therefore any military action against terrorist, the gloves need to come off. The IDF has bent over backwards so many times and have shown great restraint prior to any action they take. More than any other nation on this planet. It is unfortunate there are wars, however, when a nation goes to war, it should be fought to win. These terrorist that hide behind women and children are nothing but cowards. They shell innocent civilians in Israel, and expect no response? This is the insanity of the UN and their reports. In my opinion these reports were also written by cowards, except they are ignorant ... lacking common sense. War is hell, whether we like it or not. Hamas picked the the fight, not Israel.
