Absolutely right... Gaza is the problem. Because even if a miracle happens... where Abbas and Netanyahu sit down to negotiate. The self-assertive factions in Gaza will not adhere to any compromise that is reached. It's not only the bad-blood between Fatah and Hamas or the political differences. To a major extent, the complication is that militant fringe elements act on their own behalf. Besides there's no way in hell... Hamas and Islamic Jihad would allow any Arab League or UN entity to control Gaza borders or it's territory. Gaza is the wild card... and the unapproachable obstacle between Palestinians and the Israelis in the first place.
