Dana, I did not explain the thought in #34 very well. Here was my plan, but taken over by the "Rabbi and the goats" Jewish joke. Gaza is not a wonderful place, but let the circumstances ease up and things will get better in the street. When law and order breaks down (for whaever reason) everybody needs protection. This is the origin of blood feuds between clans, etc. Iraq was better off before the occupation; and Gaza with "remote control" occupation is still better, and will get even better in the future. This is the real me. Another part of the real me is that I am not a liberal in the US sense. I can look at the Gaza situation and look for a good solution rather than blaming heaven for evil in the world.
