are mainly Afro Americans and use slang words used by un educated afro americasn Mind you there are also few Jewish Rap "artists/singers" from Willaimsburg neighborhood in New York City. I personaly don't consider this form as art or music. So I don't listen. Although once I was inan excilaretd mood on my trip to Coronado beach in San Diego. there were a group of teenagers and wer joking raound with me . So I gave my jacket to my wife to hold it and I performed a rap from a beer commercial Molson Canadian(Canadian Beer) That was on the steps of a restaurant.. The rap was immitation ofthe commercial for the beere. The kidds loved so much that each and all of the girls hugged me and kissed me. and the teenaged boys were standing and repeating "that is cool, man" Take the mizrachi music for what it is. I am sure many Israeli 'juniors" related to it. Instead of "cool" you can saty "karir" (although it doesn't sound the same as "cool man"
