Ha'aretz reports that just a hair under 25% of Israeli citizens aren't Jewish - so what does it mean for them that they live in a "Jewish" state - they're second class citizens? It's 2011 and time for Israel to get a constitution that declares that all Israeli citizens have absolutely equal rights under the law, regardless of religion or ethnicity.
