a whole lot of Turks in the mid '80s. You didn't hear a peep from the UN. The civil rights of those "Bulgarian citizens" was violated far more brutally than any Gazan--they were given fourty-eight hours to pack up and go! Yeah, that was a transfer, and since the Turks have a Law of Return, they were repatriated without too much international fuss.
