An American playwright has penned a gripping tale about an Israeli Arab killed in the October 2000 events — and his steadfast sister.02:58 02.05.16 | 0 comments
What a specious argument that was made. If the citizens of Israel don't want products or events or travel boycott, then pressure the government to change the policies that are reason for the boycott. Criticism of a government's policies is absolutely acceptable - policies are fair game. This applies to every state on the planet. Many people are unhappy with American foreign policy, or China's domestic policies; that doesn't mean that those who are unhappy hate the people of America, or the people of China. The specious argument made is intended to deny responsibility so the government policies may continue on. That's not how the world works.
