Judging by your comments you are not exactly pro-Israel, & with a name like Fritz I doubt you are arab. So, if outsiders 'suggest' to germans what to do in germany, do germans sit up & do as the armchair generals tell them? Unlikely! Anyway, if this is indeed Israel's agenda, maybe it will work out for the good? Perpetual war is probably the wrong word; a continued state of closed borders, wherever they end up, is what is most likely to happen. Do the arabs (or germans or whoever) really believe that Israel is going to disappear any time soon? Maybe they are brainwashed enough to think this; after all, they are brainwashed enough to carry out suicide bombings or condone it.
