Israel today in the approaching year of 2013, is part of the global community which simply has to adhere to these international principles. As the majority of Israelis and Jews of Diaspora adhere to respecting international laws, it is obligatory that Israel's government reflect its citizenry and not a leader's or particular sector's personal convictions about its significance. Freezing settlement construction benefits the collective communities of the region at this time, in order to implement bilateral negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians for a two state resolution to the conflict.
