The Druze live a good life in "occupied' Golan. Can you imagine if Syria still held this piece of land. Rockets would be raining down on Israel and the Druze themselves would be in a flux. But aside from all that go read the history of the Golan to find that it too was an integral part of Israel / Palestine. Some of the earliest inhabitants were the Hebrew people.
