What exactly do the actions of one guard have to do with democracy? Where is the American democracy schools should be places to teach children but at the Sandy Hook school a student came with a gun and killed alot of people. School kids are supposed to study play with their friends not kills other students. What kind of democracy is it where people can be killed when crossing the street because the driver has been drinking or being reckless? Believe it or not in a country of 8 million sometimes people make have accidents which get people killed, sometimes there are even murders but it has no bearing on democracy. As for your zany idea of Jerusalem being protected by UN police well thats a non starter, other than the fact the UN are useless anyway allowing the UN responsibility for policing Jerusalem sends the signal that Jerusalem is not our capital when it is and thats never going to change no matter what that worthless organisation the UN has to say in the subject.
