    1. Israel did not "willfully" kill civilians. These are neither our values, nor our interests. It was Hisbollah targeting civilians with 4000 rockets 2. How do you wage a war without "destroying private property" or "damaging inrastructure"? You essentially propose not to react even when attacked - otherwise somebody might get killed, or someones property might be destroyed. This may be a good strategy if you sit in Rosenheim. It's pretty stupid if you sit in Haifa. When Germany started WWII Britain was right to react, even at the expense of "damaging the infrastructure and ruining the economy". Otherwise you wouldn't have the opportuinty to lecture us with your nonsense by e-mail. 3. The environemnt- no "Waldsterben" here. The Spanish tanker spilling oil in ALgeciras ruined much more.Don't fall into the PR traps. 4. I am sure you know much better what our long-term interests are than we Israelis with all that personal experience you must have accumulated Rosenheim.
