The French are always drunk and sated with camembert and pastries. You have to pardoned them as they do not know what they are doing or saying. Thanks to the Marshall Plan and thanks to the stupid English, Americans and Russians agreeing to have France sit as a UN Sec Council that they behave the way they do now. Where France during WWII? The French army lifted the white flag just 1/2 a day after being invaded by the nazis. The French underground was mainly made of Jews. The French having fled to England. France relies on the petro $$s. You can't expect this banana republic, with its leaders scared from their own shadow to face up to terror! Remember how they fled from their colonized African countries, only to be followed by these same people who gave them a kick in their bossom and who are now in charge of France politics: Moroccans, Algerians, Tunisians, Black Africa and the Far East.
