    Israel's governement rejected the counsel of its top legal advisor in 1967 advising against Jewish settlement of the Occupied Territories as violation of international law. UN Charter, 4th Geneva Convention abolish war as a means of territorial expansion: ?The evidence strongly suggests that Israel is determined to create facts on the ground amounting to de facto annexation.
