Cord H. Kaldrack wrote "A few weeks ago the Jewish kindergarten in Berlin has been attacked during the night. The invaders left the place painted with Nazisymbols. As I have heard many people from the Jewish community in Berlin fear to wear their Kippa in public." People like me who love Jews, but hate what Israel does to the Palestinians do need to be reminded that there are people who hate Jews just for being Jews. I was appalled by what you describe and especially that Jews could fear to wear their Kippa in public. Is there anything non-Jews can do to support you, seriously ? I regularly visit a bar in Oranienburger Str. owned by the Jewish Community and run by a Iranian Muslim, the Jewish architect upstairs is a regular visitor. So in my little cosy left world of Mitte, nothing like that happens, at least I hope it doesn't.......... Your post really made me think, thanks for it.
