During the Gaza offensive, I briefly watched the US media to see how they were reporting it. One particular segment that I'll never forget was with Fareed Zakaria, and on this show he had a "balanced, distinguished" panel of four people - Rudy Guiliani (Republican), Harry Reid (Democrat), Michael Bloomberg (Independent/Republican), and one other whose name escapes me. They -ALL- spoke with pro-Israel rhetoric in favor of the war. Every single one. There was literally not one dissenting opinion or even slight opposition. Guiliani, Reid, Republican, Democrat, there was no difference whatsoever. It was all, "but the rockets! oh the rockets!" and "Israel is our friend!" and "what would you do?"
