Conservative Judaism's main problem is that it does not have a clear cut ideology shared by even its committed members and leadership. 1) Some see it as liberal orthodox; others see it as traditionally-oriented reform. 2) Some believe in a real revelation at Sinai; others believe Bible stories are divinely-inspired fairy tales. Then you need to tell people why they should believe in Judaism at all! Give reasons to believe, like the orthodox who claim an unbroken chain of transmission from sinai. You can't just expect the young people, who have been raised to be so skeptical of everything to just show up to services when they become adults. Most religions are facing this problem today, btw.
