In general, I wouldn't think much of a critic who rushes to judge a work without reading it, but at least the remarks are measured and reasonable, and under the circumstances, perhaps understandable. The talk-back posts I think I'll skip. Offhand, I imagine I've already read most of them, in essence. By the way, anyone considered obtaining a review from someone who HAS read the book? Such pratices are normal in a lot of circles.
