Israel exists and is a Jewish state. But, making these demands now, hinders the peace process. It is like putting salt in an open would. It takes time for natives to accept and adapt to colonies. I have seen Native Americans from the reservations make shirts that say "the Founding Fathers" and had pictures of Native Americans leaders. Or, homeland security with NA warriors. They sell them to white people as a joke, but to them it is serious. It has been hundreds of years, and they still don't accept the USA. If Palestinians are willing to stop bombing, indict terrorists, and stay behind the Green Line, that should enough for now, until relations normalize. I know the tragedies of the past makes this hypersensitive. But, Israel needs to realize that its demands are the equivalent of saying "no peace unless you like me". It should just be, stop shooting at me; I will stop shooting at you and these are the physical things we are going to do to make sure that endures.
