Wise Zionists would just condemn the mosque burning or not comment at all. But inevitably you get the people on here who try to justify, try to say 'it was the Pals who did it themselves' or 'even if it was Jews, there's only a negligible percentage of Israelis who would do such a thing' or 'it's only one mosque, what about all the synogogoues' or 'muslims destroys mosques as well.' It's actually worrying how many of these posts there are, because these are the people in denial about growing extremism in Israel and in that sense they are its fellow travellers. There is no doubt this is a huge test for Israel. The world is watching. If Israel catches the perpetrators fast and treats them as ruthlessly as it would if Pals attacked a synogogue, then the world will be impressed. If the attackers are never caught or are not severely punished, the world will draw its own conclusions, that the fellow travellers are now moving into the Israeli mainstream.
