Yes, the ordinary Palestinians have to be fed and no, Israel does not have to remove the blockade which is legal and complies with international law. What the courts and rights groups have to do is deal with the real issue of Hamas war crimes. There is no democracy in Gaza because of Hamas. There is no free speech nor womens rights nor freedom of religion nor freedom of the press in Gaza - because of Hamas. The Hamas government has a policy of committing war crimes by allowing or ordering the firing of indiscriminate artillery at civilian populations in Israel - this is a war crime and there is simply no argument to say it is not. Yet the courts, ACRI, B'Tselem, HRW, Amnesty and dozens of small and rabidly anti-Israel groups simply close their eyes and pretend that Hamas war crimes and crimes against humanity do not exists. Shame on all of you.
