Howdy Fares; Why would a Palestinian state consisting of 92% of the West Bank in one contiguous chunk and 100% of the Gaza Strip not be viable? In any case, it's all that the Palestinians can hope to get at this stage and what they do with their Islamic Republic of Palestine is up to them. The security barrier is nearing completion which will define a de-facto border, the 80,000 Israeli settlers on the Palestinian side of the fence will be resettled on the Israeli side, the Palestinian refugees will be denied entry into Israel and are the responsibilty of the countries/territories in which they reside, Israel will retain Ariel, Maale Adumim, Gush Etzion, and East Jerusalem, and the military/terrorist options of the Palestinians will be reduced considerably. The only thing that a high Palestinian birth rate ensures is perpetual and abject poverty for the Palestinians. Shear numbers mean nothing. Remember the British Raj? A handful controlled the entire subcontinent of India.
