Yael Patir, Israel director of the left-leaning U.S. Jewish body, sat down with Haaretz to talk about Trump, the gap between U.S. and Israeli Jews, and the growing anger at the Israeli peace camp. I notice that the statement is made that no prisoners with "blood on their hands" are being released. However, the list includes many who were imprisoned for attempted murder. Does not the fact that they failed in what they attempted to do make it likely that they will try again once they are released? And what guarantee is there that the video is a recent one, not one made shortly after he was kidnapped? I think the Israeli government is being played for fools by Hamas.
