The term "extremist" is too often thrown carelessly about and used in ad hominum attacks. I won't take a position of Professor Netanyahu's beliefs because I am not adequately familiar with its particulars. But it would have been useful to know exactly what was the "extreme" about them. How would such "extremism" compare with Richard Nixon's or Charles DeGaulle's outlook? We Jews often hold ourselves to unfair double standards and the article leads me to whether Mr. Segev has done it again.
