Thinks that a customer has to pay the full amount when the supply has been curtailed and at times completely cut off? Whatever the supply contract determined as a price has to be dependent on the quantity of product supplied. Would you agree to pay $100 per tank of gas, irrespective of whether you put 5 gallons in your tank or filled it up? Have the Jordanians paid for gas promised but not received? If they haven't, why isn't the Egyptian company demanding that they pay as well? It's really a moot question, since the pipeline was blown up AGAIN earlier this month--and that was the 14th times since the "Arab Spring". Supply was not resumed before this announcement was made...
