Practically every country including USA have very strict laws and screening when it comes to Visa and Immigration, end other forms of temporary residence....The question is should Israel have a more Humanistic Approach. My belief says yes...we have a history of accepting refugees not only Jewish ones, when other countries refused to....remember the Vietnamese... On the other hand we the government has to deal severely with those persons who are making money out of criminally smuggling persons into Israel, for all sorts of reasons, including the sex trade. As well as those making money of illegally renting apartments resulting in the terrible situation in Southern Tel Aviv. Laws have to be changes to allow such refugee to temporary work permits so that they don't have to turn to crime. There has to be a Virtual "CLEAN UP program at all levels...Remember all of us or our parents or grandparents were displaced persons, unwanted by most countries, and refugees, "Remember were all slaves in Egypt"
