This offers an invaluable insight not only to our elections, but to who we really are. Perhaps Channel 10 should start a program now for an on-air development of a political party on a weekly basis. Each week's installment will end with a pole that will determine the next week's content. As installments pass, the party will begin to assemble its beliefs and strategies. When ripe, the program will invite leaders to become the candidates for that party. This seems to be our direction anyway, so why fight it? It would be a party of its viewers, constituents if you will. If you view, you participate, In that way, you will determine the future of our country. But you would only include people who watch television in this country, still a majority. It would not include those of Russian descent who choose their news sources from the internet, Arabs who don't watch Israeli television, and the ultra Orthodox who don't watch television at all. Therefore, it would represent the mainstream of Israeli Society and exclude others, or invite them into the new political way of life. Please don't think I am serious in my proposition, but call me if you want me to host the show.
